General information

This website provides general information about Galilei Global Imports & Exports Pty Ltd and the types of trade opportunities we may consider. It is not a binding offer, product warranty, legal advice or regulatory advice.

Enquiries and transactions

Product availability, grades, specifications, origin, pricing, quantity, packing, delivery, permits and payment terms must be agreed in writing for each transaction. Website content and initial enquiry correspondence do not by themselves create a contract. A transaction becomes binding only when the parties enter transaction-specific written terms expressly identified as binding.

Regulated materials

Any reference to specialty, game or wildlife-origin materials is subject to lawful source, traceability, permits, CITES controls where applicable, biosecurity, sanctions, customs and other import or export controls, and origin-, transit- and destination-market requirements. Galilei Global does not accept prohibited or unlawfully obtained materials. Listing a species does not represent a permit, route approval, warranty of legality or confirmation of current availability. Each party remains responsible for the obligations allocated to it in the transaction terms.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care with website information, but market access, logistics, regulation and supply can change. Information may be updated without notice and should be confirmed for the proposed transaction.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, imagery and brand material are owned by or licensed to Galilei Global Imports & Exports Pty Ltd. Except as permitted by law, they may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these website terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Transaction-specific contracts may contain their own governing-law terms.
